Nature Paradise Tour

South India is a treasure trove of natural beauty. The southern states of the country are set on a plateau and rolling hills surrounding that plateau. The high hills have led to the creation of several waterfalls, gorges and canyons. Besides, the landscape of the Southern part of India is also dominated by lush green foliage. The duration of the Nature Paradise Tour is 6 days and 5 nights. This unique tour begins from Bangalore and goes through Mysore, Coorg, Wayanad and ends at Calicut.
Tour Itinerary for Nature Paradise Tour:
  • Day 1 – arrival in Bangalore – the first is spent in visiting this beautiful garden city. A visit to the famous Lal Bagh and other gardens take up the whole of the day.
  • Day 2- This journey takes a total of three hours. After arriving at Bangalore, the tourists have to proceed for Mysore. While traveling from Mysore to Bangalore you will come across the beautiful Srirangapatnam, a city which used to be the capital of Tipu Sultan. Tipu's Summer palace, Sriranganatha temple and mosque are oparts of the attraction. After arriving at Mysore and checking in at th ehotel, tourists will visit the St. Philomena's Church, the Vrindavan Gardens and the Krishna Raja Sagar Dam.

  • Day 3 – Mysore – Coorg – Madikeri – This journey take about 3 hours. On the way to Coorg, tourists visit, Cauvery Nisargadhama , an area which houses bamboo and rosewood plantations. After arriving at Coorg and checking in to the hotel, visitors go out for a walk through the plantations.
  • Day 4 – Coorg to Wayanad – after having their breakfasts at Coorg, tourists embark on a pleasant journey from Coorg to Wayanad. After reaching Wayanad, tourists go o a half day tour to Lakkidi, which is the gateway to Wayanad. Lakkidi is situated 700 meters above the sea level. The Ambalavayal Heritage Museum is another place of interest that houses several artifacts used by the local tribes.
  • Day 5 – Wayanad – A full day sightseeing at Wayanad takes up day 5. Pookot Lake, set amidst hills and forests is one of the major places of interest here. Meenmutty Waterfalls is another place of attraction.
  • Day 6 – Wayanad to Calicut – the Nature Paradise Tour ends at Calicut.
